Invite only page?

  Hello,
  Can i make a page private and only be viewed by way of invite?
  I am a childminder and would like to use Word Press to share with family and friends only. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Whole blogs can be made private, not just single pages though.

  That is not correct. You can password-protect any page or post, or you can set the whole site Private and only visible to people you specifically Invite.
