  I have invited a person to my blog as an author, she has accepted but she is not in the user-list and she can not do an insert in the blog. vi have tried everything and I don`t know what to do. Can you help my?

  When she logs into WordPress.com, does she see your site in her list of blogs when she hovers over her username in the right corner of the gray Admin bar? If not, then the invite process did not work correctly. Try removing her and inviting her again, but with her WordPress.com username.
