Invited to be admin of another wordpress.com site, but only can login to my site
-
Maybe the person inviting me isn’t doing this correctly, but I was invited to join another blog, but only see my account when I click the link in the email. This is a non-profit (PTA) site and I’m the new administrator of the site. What is the proper way to become the new administrator of an existing account?
FYI. My blog url listed rockmejoedotcom.wordpress.com isn’t the site I’m trying to become admin of.
Blog url: http://rockmejoedotcom.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you are accepted as admin on someone else’s blog you log into your own blog to access the other one.

Well logging into my blog is working, but i don’t see the other blog. Maybe I’m not patient enough?

When you click the link in the email it should take you straight to the log in page for your blog. Log in from there and the blog should be accessable from your own blog. Have you actually logged in from the link first?

Yes I did. But after logging in, I’m dumped into my site. When I click on My Sites (or what ever it’s called) I only see my one old blog and the nag to create another one. But nothing about the invited blog.
I’ve only used the host your own which doesn’t have the training wheels, so this is rather annoying I can’t just open up the hood. Could it be the new blog is a Pro version? That doesn’t seem like it matters.
I’ve blown out cookies, even used machines I’ve normally never used to try, but now the link has expired. There is no way for the current admin to just make a login and a password for me? This is crazy.
