Invited user, accepted but can't find my blog nor does he show on my user list.

  I invited a user as admin. They have accepted. However, when he accepts it takes him to a WP log in. He logs in and doesn’t see anything to do with my blog. Nor does he show as a user on my blog but still shows as waiting to accept my invite.

  My blog is: Lonewolfexpress.wordpress.com

  They will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If they are logged into their WordPress.com account, they will be taken directly to your blog. If not, they will be taken to the log-in screen, where they can either log in or create a new user account.

  Note that users who create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.

  Has he accepted the invitation and created a username account? What is his username account please?

  He accepted the invitation as stated above. He has a word press account and also the Gravatar account. So, then I’ll have him leave his account open and click on accept again? That should fix it?

  It won’t fix it if he’s not running a browser or version of it found at http://browsehappy.com, and he does not have third party cookies and JavaScript enabled on his browser. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  He may also be running an adblocker that’s preventing him from having an active link. In that case he needs to disable all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily.

  What is his WordPress.COM/gravatar username account please?

  Problem fixed. He left his WP account open and re-accepted the invitation I sent. Bingo… fixed…. just like you stated in your first reply.
