Invited user does not get privileges to access the dashboard

1. New user who has accepted the invitation to a private blog is not showing up in my administrator’s user list.
Instead I can see her in the invitees list, and it says “accepted”.
2. User annelilange (as author) receive message “You do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for” the blog
What to do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you have her log out of WordPress.com and back in again? She should be set up as an author now.
