Invited user, they accepted, but not showing up

I’ve invited a user, and he accepted, but he is not showing up in my “Users” page. Why not?

The wp user I want to add is… aliinuimoiedmundksilvajr
The site I want them to use is mine, http://kauilapele.wordpress.com/
I did send out (and received) the invitation (this person gave me access to their email account as they is non-computer-compliant and wanted me to do everything), but “aliinuimoiedmundksilvajr” never showed up as a user in my “users” page.

Hi there! Thanks for that information! I actually do see the invitation that you sent that user. It appears as if the confirmation wasn’t complete on his end.
I just re-invited the user via his user name, as well as his administrative password. Could you inform him that I’ve done this and he should confirm at his earliest convenience?

Thank you. But user aliinuimoiedmundksilvajr did NOT want to FOLLOW the KP blog. He wanted to be a USER. He is still not listed as a USER on the KP blog, http://kauilapele.wordpress.com.
I’m going to try again. I have seen other threads where users are having the same problem, it appears.

Alright, I just tried it again. And it worked. aliinuimoiedmundksilvajr had to sign in under HIS user name with HIS password for HIS wordpress blog. Now he can access the KP blog and make posts, add photos, edit, etc.
