Invited users : Blog doesnt appear in My Blog tab

  Hi
  I am having a problem with invited users. I am asking people to become contributors on my blog (it is a community one), and the invites are arriving okay. Using my test email, I sign up for a username only. Then when I check under My Blog the only option is to rgister a new blog. There ‘should’ be the blog I have been invited to. This has worked on other occasions.
  Process
  1. Invite user
  2. User signs up
  3. User trys to connect to invited blog, but it isnt listed

  Tried so far
  Delete user, and re-invite, cleared cache and retried, searched forums

  Sorry, couldnt list blog, as I havent register one for me! Trying to become an author on profwnet.wordpress.com, but that doesnt appear either!

  Okay its solved. The process on wordpress is incorrect. If your user doesnt have a wordpress account, the invite process doesnt work.. ie the user will not get the blog they were invited too, appearing in their ‘My Blog’ tab.

  However once created they create their wordpress id, then you can add them manully under add user with wordpress id…
