Invited users who have accepted not showing up as users, and unable to post

  In have invited four new users to access my blog. They have accepted and can view it but they do not have access to the dashboard (all are set up as administrstors) and cannot seem to post anything. These four users are showing in the list of invites sent, but not in the list of all users on my blog. How do I fix it so these are all showing as fully fledged administrators and can access the dashboad and create posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  We strongly recommend that you limit the amount of admins on your site to one or two users.

  Could you include the user names of the affected users?

  I see all four users on your list of users: https://pandiers.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php (but that’s assuming that user janwallace is the same as jannwallace).

  Are these users now able to access the blog correctly? Just let me know!
