  When I try to invite followers via email, the message notification on their end pops up as my blog name. Most people think it’s junk mail and delete the message, not realizing it’s someone they know (me). Is there a way to change the message so the subject header says my name?
  Also, is there a way to selectively invite your Facebook friends to follow your blog?

  The subject line of the invite email automatically pulls in the site title, so you change that if you want. Doing so is covered here:

  Also, is there a way to selectively invite your Facebook friends to follow your blog?

  Not at this time, no. If you have all their email addresses though, you can invite them by following this guide:
