Hello,
Users are unable to invite me to view their sites…a message stating user has blocked invites appears.
I need this problem fixed so that users can invite me to view their sites.

Hello.
Students are unable to invite me to become an administrator of their sites (free version for learning purposes).
My email address seems to be the issue. When students enter my email address then the ‘user has blocked invites’ message pops up.
Advice appreciated.

Problem: Lots of students have attempted to invite me as administrator of their sites but a message pops up stating advising that the ‘user has blocked invites’. No issue in the past with students inviting me to be an administrator of their practice websites.
Issue: students unable to add me as an administrator as a result.
I have used my other WordPress Account (uses different email address) to see if I could add my current email address as a Administrator to a site in my other account. When I add my email address the same message appears?
How do I unblock ‘user has blocked invites’?
Do you need my email address to fix issue? Can I keep this address private please in the forum?
I did follow the instructions on other similar threads in the forum and unchecked the relevant box ‘blocking emails’ etc. Issue remains.

If you post your email address, it’ll be redacted for everyone except people designated as Staff. We need to know what email addresses are being used to investigate the issue.

My email address is : (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I also have used my old email address as back up: (email visible only to moderators and staff) This email address does receive invites to become an administrator…and works fine. My problem is with my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address.
