  Hi, I invited someone to be an Author on my site, humanscienceinstitute.org.

  Instead of having limited permissions as defined on the ‘see more’ link, she has access to everything on the site and is logged into the main site instead of through her own wordpress account.

  Also, she posts, I’m not seeing her in the list of authors in the authors widget.

  What could be happening?

  It looks like you recently invited someone with the username “mistypilton” to be an author on your site. Under their account, I’m able to see all posts on the site. However, I’m only able to edit their specific posts. I also don’t see the full list of possible settings. Can you make sure they’re logging in under mistypilton and viewing humanscienceinstitutedotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin? They also have another site on their account that they’re an administrator of. Perhaps they’re looking at that site by accident!
