How can I send an invite to follow my blog to my mailing list? For example if I have a cvs file can I then shoot my blog link out to my friends? Please advise. Thank you. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

You cannot upload your CVS file.

You can customize the contact form with multiple fields, change the email address where you’ll be notified, and mark feedbacks as spam from your dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

Note: As a spammer prevention you are limited to sending out 10 invitations at one point in time.
