  Hi,

  If you referring to inviting people who aren’t yet followers, then proceed in accordance with the instructions in the Invite People to Your Site support page, choosing the Follower user role.

  Regarding those already following your site, they may change their notification settings as described in the Change Email Notification Settings and Email Settings for Specific Blogs sections in the Following Blogs support page.
