Inviting new users

  Two questions.
  I’m trying to invite new users with addresses (wordpress and otherwise) that do exist, but the screen is saying they do not. Why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You invite users via their email addresses, not by what their wordpress.com account is. For example: paula @ emailaccount.com not paula @ wordpress.com.
