Inviting people to read private blog?

    Are there any plans in the works for stream lining the process of inviting people to join WordPress via a reader invitation from a blogger hosting a private blog?

    As it is, a person needs to sign-up for an account, wait for the private blogger to add them as a user, and then manually enter the private blog address or await a link from the blogger. It is a clunky process and not as streamlined as adding people to one’s blog as an author, contributor, etc…

    Sorry but I’m not aware of any changes being considered and that’s not unusual as Volunteers answering support questions get no notice of such. Also Support Staff aren’t available until August 16th. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
