  I am having trouble inviting users to edit the page, any idea how to help?

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hello there,

  Ok can you tell me more about the trouble you’re facing please?

  Also, one of the more common issues with this is that the people being invited don’t have a WordPress.com account.

  Can you confirm who you’re inviting does have a WordPress account please?
