  The web site is for an apartment complex. We would like to upgrade to the premium service but do not have the facility to pay via credit card.

  Can we be invoiced then pay?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Payment is only possible via debit or credit card, or directly via PayPal. https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

  If your complex doesn’t have a credit card account, I suggest you nominate an individual on the body corporate (ideally the blog admin) to buy the upgrades and then square it with them.
