After following the directions in the website, I STILL can’t find an invoice for a charge showing up on a credit card for April. Any suggestions?

You do not have access to the invoice for upgrades that were purchased because they are connected to a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Log into the account associated with the subscriptions and you should be able to access the billing information.
