Need to find a invoice for a charge on our credit card but not showing on account at all. Charge is from 10/28 for $18.00

What is the site address for which you are trying to find the purchase invoice?
You can view all transactions made with WordPress.com, including payments and refunds, in your Billing History.

It is not on our billing history at all. That’s why it is a concerning charge. Any additional assistance would be great!

If you’ve found a charge from WordPress.com that you do not recognize or would like a receipt, you can enter your transaction details here:
Staff can also help you in tracking the charge if you could post the website address for which the payment was done.
Please do not post the transaction id or any other personal information as these forums are public and are indexed by the search engines.I have also added a modlook tag so that the staff can assist you.

Please check if the charge is from WordPress.com by using the link @yashitamittal11 provided. If the charge is from us let us know so we can further look into it.

I did use the link and it didn’t find anything, I put in my email address for further research from the prompt after that screen.

This can be a frustrating process. I believe that this charge has come from a forgotten or duplicate account.
Have you received any emailed receipts from us? Try searching through spam and all of your email accounts. We automatically send a receipt notification via email when a charge is processed. In that email there will be a site listed, if you can tell me which site is listed we can find the proper account. Or, you can try and sign in at WordPress.com using the email address where you found the receipt delivered.

It may have come from an employee that is no longer with the company and we no longer have the email address active. Could you check (email visible only to moderators and staff) and if so can we cancel that account all together?
