  Please log into the WordPress.com account associated with that email address, then you’ll be able to view and manage all existing upgrades at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  We do not issue invoices in lieu of payment for upgrades on WordPress.com, and we can only assist you with upgrades on a particular account if you contact us as the account that owns the upgrades in question.
