    Hi, I was not aware that you would automatically withdraw from my credit card without my written consent for a renewal. I have no intention of paying for the website in 2023 and would like to please have my money back.

    Hi, there’s some general information about managing purchases here, including automatic renewal:

    The domain registration is unfortunately outside of the available refund period, but we were able to issue you a refund for the Personal plan renewal. The refund is on its way to you now, but I should note it can take up to 10 working days to appear on your card statement, depending on your card provider.
