  Is there any way I can get an invoice if I’m going to purchase some themes for my company instead of me?

  The versions themes sold here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/premium/ are licensed and adapted for use only on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.

  I’m sorry but that’s not possible. All upgrades must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. No purchase orders can be used. After you make your purchase here > Dashboard > Store > Billing History is where you can print out your own receipt.
