Invoice access issues

I have a WordPress account that I no longer have access to, and I’m still receiving invoices. I need the latest invoice that arrived, and I want to cancel this account.

I’ve checked the WordPress.com account you contacted us from, and I do not see any active subscriptions or charges linked to it. Could you be referring to charges from a different WordPress.com account?
Can you either contact us from the respective WordPress.com account email address or can you share the transaction ID (via email at help@wordpress.com) so that we can complete the verification and track the transaction for you? This will help us help you further.
Charges from WordPress.com will have “WordPress” or “WPCHRG.com” listed on your billing statement. If you are unsure what this charge was for, you can search here for more information and find out why you got charged: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
