  I am trying to get an invoice and a w-9 form so I can go ahead with the building of my website please help

  So for my company to be able to purchase the upgrade, we have to have the invoice and w-9 form so it can go through our county auditor for approval. So is there anyway to be able to get these before the purchase is made. Thank you in advance.
