  When we log into our account it shows nothing and shows we don’t even have a website, however, we do and was charged.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.
