Invoice error

I seem to have been billed for the same item twice. How do I go about seeking the cancellation and refund for one. The support button on my account does not work and I am unable to raise a help desk ticket to get to the support team. -

What subscription were you billed for? I do not see any history of purchases under your account.
What is the address of the site is this in reference to as there isn’t a site connected to this account either.
