The domain bestsportsurfaces.com is owned by a different WordPress.com user, not creativeworld1958.

The owner of the domain will be able to obtain a receipt for it here:

We are a company, and we need to add our company details on the invoice. How can we do it? It appears the nickname of the admin and we need the company fiscal details on the invoice.
    Thanks for your help.

Blogs are not owned by companies; they are owned by individuals. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.

WordPress.COM does not does not bill by invoice or purchase order. The blog’s actual owner must pay for the upgrade at the time of purchase. That persons must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to purchase upgrades for the blog and/ renew them at Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

Below are the only accepted means of payment.

    WordPress.com doesn’t issue invoices, as @timethief stated.

In regard to a receipt, the owner of the domain in question can view/print/email the receipt for this transaction by going to Store > Billing History in their Dashboard.

Please note that when you click on ‘View/Print’ for any transaction, you can change the ‘Billed to’ section by hovering over it. Then, when you click inside the box, you can edit the text.
