invoice for switching to premium account

Hello!
We are non-profit parent organization. We would like to switch from the free basic account into the premium (video allowed) account. It will be paid through the PayPal. Is it possible to obtain the invoice from the WordPress for this expense, so to present it for our VAT delcaration?

Hi there,
We do not issue invoices in lieu of payment, but after you pay for an upgrade we email you a receipt that you can print out for your records.
If you are based in the EU, we can also provide you a VAT receipt, but only after you have completed the purchase.
Once you have bought the upgrade, create a support ticket here:

Explain that you need a VAT invoice for a recent purchase, and someone will then contact you to obtain the information we need to generate that.
