  Hello, I would like to request detailed billing information related to one of my sites. I am able to provide the reference/transaction number of it. Thanks.

  Furthermore, I didn’t save my credit card of wordpress and I don’t have service connected to it. Why was I charged?

  For what site is this? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, and has never bought anything from us.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
