  We were charged $99 for the utahdepartmentofcorrections.com website for $99 in March 2018, but never received an invoice. If you could email an invoice to (email visible only to moderators and staff) that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  In the meantime, have a look in your Billing History to check if there’s a payment receipt there: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/

  @kfelsted I can only send the receipt to the email address that is associated with the purchase, but I have sent that. Can you check with the other folks in your office?

  If the person who used to get the mail is not longer with your office, your mail administrator should be able to help still. Or we can help you recover access to the account. Let us know what you’d like to do.
