Invoice needed ahead of purchasing site domain

Good afternoon,
I am reaching out in regard to payment. I am building this site on behalf of my organization.. We are an education program with and before completing payment, we need a contact email for vendor purposes. We are hoping to get an invoice because given our entity status as an education institution, we have to go through the vendor process. Also, given our status as an education entity, we cannot be billed for taxes. I am happy to provide documentation.
Is someone able to assist me with this matter please? I’d like to go ahead an pay for the site but do need an invoice before moving forward.

To clarify, we are interested in purchasing the yearly ‘small business’ plan, but due to us being an education organization, we cannot proceed with payment until we receive an Invoice from WordPress. Is this something WordPress can help with? I know you might normally not due this, but I was hoping I can connect with someone who can help me with this.

We’re not able to provide invoices in lieu of payment.
We see the owner of any WordPress.com account and site as the individual who creates it, and the owner of any upgrade as the individual who buys it. If you’re setting up a site on behalf of an organisation, we do provide a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement after you’ve made a purchase.
Once the receipt exists in your billing history you also have the option of adding in your company information before printing it out, if needed.
Once you have a plan in place, you’ll have access to email support, then you can provide your tax exempt paperwork and we’ll set your status to tax exempt and provide any refund of taxes charged at that time.
