Invoice needed for purchase order for service upgrade

I would like to pay for your services with a purchase order through my account at the school I work for; Unfortunately, a purchase order can’t be made until I have an invoice in our school district.
I’m contacting you all today to see is it possible to get an invoice so that I can get a purchase order for the website?
I was informed I could request a manual payment link to make the purchase of upgrades.I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

We do not accept purchase orders and do not issue invoices.
The manual payment links still require payment via the methods we accept, and are generally for edge cases, like recovering long-expired domain names: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/#methods-of-payment
