Invoice needed for upgrade
-
Hi there,
in order to upgrade our account we need an invoice. As a matter of fact, that we are a company, we can´t do any payments via Paypal or creditcard.
Should you have any questions, please don´t hesitate to contact us.
Thank you and best regards,
your Walter Social-Media-Team.

I’ve flagged this thread for Staff response but the only means of payment for upgrades I can see are PayPal and credit cards.
-
We cannot send invoices and can only accept payment via credit card or PayPal.
We actually have quite a few companies paying for their upgrades via credit card without issue.

Hi Macmanx,
I already paid the 99$ upgrade for my company with my credit card. Due to the German tax law, I need an invoice addressed to the full company’s name and address.
Is that possible? -
Unfortunately we can´t do a payment via creditcard or paypal. There is no way.
We will do the full payment in advance, but therefore we need an invoice from wordpress. We really want to get our company blog asap online…
-
petervollerzuversicht, if you’d like, I can re-send the receipt, but we cannot provide invoices.
walterazubiblog, I’m sorry, but we can only accept payment via credit card or PayPal.

Hi macmanx,
i would suggest the following.
Why don´t you upgrade our account and sent us a receipe afterwards. I will advise our financial department to pay the upgrade asap?
-
walterazubiblog, I cannot do that. We can only accept payment via PayPal or credit card, and upgrades cannot be added prior to a transaction.

I find incredible that WordPress, a company, cannot issue invoices! Are you not subject to the same accounting standards as any other company?
