  Hi
  We need a copy of a recent invoice for $US13.
  we’re tidying up our administrators and realise that maybe an email has gone to someone no longer working here.
  Could you please help as our auditors will want to see this.

  Hi there. You should be able to generate a receipt yourself via the billing history section on your profile page, provided you’re logged in as the account that bought the upgrade. See here for instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/

  Receipt is not valid document for Tax Office. They accept only invoice.

  Hi domacalekaren,

  WordPress.com only issues receipts, not invoices. However, if you need to add details to the “Billed to” section of the receipt, you can do that from the WordPress.com Store billing history page here:

  http://store.wordpress.com/billing-history/

  Click the View/Print option for the receipt you want to edit and then move your mouse and click on the “Billed to” section you want to change.
