  I want to print my invoice of €99 and to manage my renewal settings, but neither button gives a positive outcome.

  Hello there,

  To print your receipt, please go to Manage Purchases > Billing History. Under the individual billing record, click View Receipt > Print Receipt.

  To disable the auto-renewal of your purchases, I’ve added the modlook tag for Staff assistance for you.
