Invoice problem

  Dear wordpress.com,

  Despite that my domain safer-itn.eu expired on Aug 2, wordpress.com billed my master card DKK 300 on August 31 [redacted]. I have never received an invoice for this and believe that this billing was in error. Would you be able to help me (ideally via email, (email visible only to moderators and staff))?

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.

  You would need to enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ whereby you can request a refund.

  As card details are required, we are not able to do this for you.
