  we need please invoices for payments. Can you send us them please? It is not sufficient the receipt.

  Hi Staff,
  Our company wants to upgrade to premium plan but the financial department requires an invoice. It’s essential to have an invoice for any transaction in my company. I wonder if WordPress can send me an invoice after I upgrade the plan?

  @TheKatteam — Yep, when you upgrade, you should get a receipt via email.

  @proyectotransbici and vivaSPLAT: Is there any other information, besides provided, that you want in the invoice/receipt? I’ll send these off to you.

  I’m not sure what exactly you need. You had already purchased the domain mapping upgrade, so the only documentation we can provide is a VAT receipt of that purchase.

  @wardieps: I’ve re-sent your receipt. If you’re still not receiving it within a few minutes, I recommend that you check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes these messages get stuck in there.
