  Yes, I am referring to the old colony taskforce blog. Our group does not have the capacity to pay for the upgrade through credit card or pay pal. The Boston Housing Authority is willing to help us pay but only with an invoice. Is there any possible way to issue an invoice to the Boston Housing Authority? Thanks!

  No there’s isn’t. What Staff macmanx said is what stands:
