I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible these upgrades were purchased by another admin under a different login?
I can confirm that I see upgrades under blog.allyearbooks.co.uk but is under a different account and not your @aybrebecca login. In this case you can’t access upgrades under another account, but you can have the original admin that made the purchase log in under their account, and they will be able to print/email copies of receipts from here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
