  You can get a receipt for all your purchases on your billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing . More details, including instructions for getting an individual receipt are here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/

  Yes, you’re correct. I apologize for the misunderstanding. A staff member should be with you shortly. They’ll be able to send the VAT receipt.
