Invoice/Receipt

I seem to be getting absolutely nowhere with this. I simply need a copy of an invoice and/or receipt for a payment taken from my credit card on March 23rd. The credit card is legally mine and I have no issue with the payment being taken, but I’m getting nowhere in my request to get a copy invoice.
I’m told it’s been e-mailed to a specific account within my company, but it simply has not. I’ve asked for it to be e-mailed to my email, but apparently it can’t be. WordPress are happy to take my money but not provide me with a receipt.

All payments made to wordpress.COM are recorded on your Billing history page https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/ where provided your are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the sites and purchased any upgrade you can print out a receipt.
