I cannot see the invoices emitted to us, in particular those emitted last 16th of Nov. 2015.
Would you mind providing us those invoices?

Hey there,
You cannot see the billing history of the invoices because only the user who made the transaction has access to the invoice.
I would get in contact with the user who paid for the upgrade and have them send it to you. They can access the invoice from the link I provided above. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Thanks for your support.
Unfortunately, the person(s) who was authorized to see the billing history does not work fur DQuid anymore since last August/Sept 2015.
He / She did not forward to the other colleagues the right to access to this section. Their emails contacts do not exists anymore…
Would it be possible to give Stefano Marzani (CEO of DQuid, owner of the DQuid account and the owner also of the Credit Card) the right to see the billing history?

Hi there,
If Mr. Marzani can provide a transaction ID for the purchase of the domain mapping, I could definitely send the invoice your way.
Outside of that option, the best best is to temporarily reactivate the account of the former owner of the blog to confirm ownership. Let me know if either works.
