Invoices

    Hi, I need invoices for my colleagues from accounting.

    I can’t seem to find them here. It’s an invoice for SW WordPress Plugin (redacted)for 24 USD (16/01/2017) and for WPCHRG.COM (redacted)for 59 USD (30/01/2017).

    Could you please send them to me (redacted)?

    Hi Julie –

    Plugins are not used with WordPress.com sites (here). There are 2 versions of WordPress.

    What we do at WordPress.com is a bit different from using the WordPress software with a hosting company. This guide explains more:

    There is not a history of any upgrades or charges billed to the account that you have contacted us from. You can see that at wordpress.com/me/purchases/ Do you have another user account with us?
