  Apologies in advance for opening up another post ion this same topic but I am no longer to add any comments here https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/my-invoices/#post-3689614

  Before I proceed, can I check that the site will not go down once I have filled the form out? It is important there is no downtime whatsoever.

  Please clarify?

  We work in a big company but I can track down the original account holder down if you let me know who it’s registered to, or I can take on the account (by filing out the recovery form) as I am the lead developer here…

  Hi there!

  Before I proceed, can I check that the site will not go down once I have filled the form out? It is important there is no downtime whatsoever.

  I see that the Business plan on the site doesn’t expire anytime soon so filling up the account recovery form will not result in the site going down. We’ll get back to you via email once you’ve submitted the account recovery form with the necessary details.

  Hi I have filled out the recovery form.

  It won’t let me through. See screenshots [redacted by staff]

  I have entered a transaction ID and still no joy!

  Please advise, as we need access asap.
