    The insiteeditors account you used to post here has never bought any upgrades with us, and there aren’t any invoices/receipts in the billing history for this account.

    If this is for the upgrades on the site at leidosbiomed.wordpress.com, those upgrades belong to a different WordPress.com username account. If you log in as that other username, you’ll be able to view, resend or print out all past payment receipts from the billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
