Invoicing
-
Yesterday, I was on a chat with one of your reps but I wasn’t able to follow through to the end. My question was . . . Is it possible to roll in all annual fees so I can pay to run this site with one invoice. There are additional charges besides just paying for the business plan such as the domain, etc. I work for a public high school in FL which requires a lot of paperwork for me to make purchases. If I could reduce the number of times I have to request payments be made, that would be great. I would just need an invoice which shows all items or one fee for everything per year.
Your happiness engineer replied –
One thing I could try to do is set the expiration date of the WordPress.com Business plan to match the domain registration of vierahightv.com, but the charges might still come through as two receipts.
He or she also said – Alternately, I can create a manual payment request for everything, and manually renew your purchases that way.
I would much rather prefer the second option of creating a manual payment request. Is that possible, please?

Hi Liz, that’s understandable. Can you log out and log back in as the plan owner? This seems to be a different account with just a free site, which is why you ended up in the forums. If you’re logged in as the plan owner, you should be able to open the chat again.
