Involuntarily Charged

    I was just charged $70 dollars to an account that I have not used in over a year. When I go to my account information it says that I have no billing history, or no cards on my account. Im a college student who cant afford rent anymore because of this charge. Is there anyway to that I can be refunded and my account deleted?

    When I put up the information on why I was charged it pulls up a receipt, but wont let me open it saying it cant load it. Also WordPress wont load the contact information either…. Is there just a number I can call?
