IO error

  I keep getting an IO error when trying to upload a photo to my blog. I have tried different fixes I have found on the forum, including trying both uploaders, clearing cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Flash Player, and switching browsers (downgraded from IE 9 to IE 8 and tried Google Chrome). So far, nothing has worked. Any other advice?
