  Good morning.
  I was trying to post a video clip on my website, but I couldn’t.
  Error message was “IO error”
  Please help me so that I can put it on my post.

  Hi there!

  Can you tell me where you got the error? Were you trying to upload a video? Or embed a link to a video from Youtube or Vimeo?
