    I just newly installed WordPress and purchased the AliDropship WooCommerce plugin. Every time I activate it the message ‘ioncube loader not found’ comes up. I already installed the correct version of PHP(7.1) but still the ioncube loader is not found.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello,

    Your website is hosted with self-hosted version of WordPress which is WordPress.org rather than WordPress.com .
    Its better if you contact the hosting provider ( siteground ) so that they can walk you in the correct direction .

    Ioncube normally comes with PHP v. 5.6 and 7.2 .
    Hosting provider can update you on this.
